Conducts an objective and transparent review of research on programs and services intended to provide enhanced support to children and families and prevent foster care placements. Reviews evidence on mental health, substance abuse prevention and treatment, and in-home parent skill-based programs and services, as well as kinship navigator programs. Allows users to navigate the site and identify evidence-based programs and resources. Developed in accordance with FFPSA as codified in Title IV-E of the Social Security Act. Includes the Handbook of Standards and Procedures, Version 2.0 that describes the systemic process used to review interventions eligible for title IV-e prevention services.
